All HD StockVideo clips are royalty free, which means they can be used as many times as you like without incurring additional fees or costs.
All rights are reserved by HD StockVideo. This single user license is granted only to the registered owner of a HD StockVideo clip. Your invoice is the proof of your registration.
In no event will HD StockVideo; its Directors; Employees or Agents be liable to you for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the software or media.
Permitted Usage.
By this agreement HD StockVideo grants to the registered owner the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the HD StockVideo clip in any film, video, advertising, internet or multimedia production.
License Restrictions.
- You may not copy or distribute copies of the images, movies, media, documentation to others.
- You may not sub-license, sell, re-sell, distribute or provide to others any portion of a HD StockVideo clip.
- If HD StockVideo footage is used in a project that will be reproduced, sold or distributed, HD StockVideo footage may not comprise more than 25% of the length of the finished work.
- HD StockVideo clips and stills may not be included in any other clip media/stock product, library or collection for distribution or resale.
- You may not use any HD StockVideo clip in any form of pornographic, defamatory, immoral or illegal material.
